Earlier this month, the PICS Telecom facility in Bristol, UK completed its re-certification audits for ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 with zero non-conformities. These ISO re-certification audits were performed by the British Standard Institution or BSI on the 1st and 2nd of March and involved visits by BSI officers to examine the facility and to look at PICS’ sustainability and management policies.
The ISO 9001 is a standard to certify that an organisation has a quality management policy and system in place which ensures it meets the needs of customers and stakeholders. The ISO 14001 certification is a framework that helps organisations to develop their own environmental management system and to improve their environmental performance. This blog post explains more in detail the certifications that PICS Telecom worldwide currently holds.
Earning these re-certifications means that PICS Telecom is committed to the environment and sustainability and efficient management, all of which makes the company work in alignment with its mission and business objectives. It also ensures the delivery of  the high-quality services that customers have come to expect from PICS Telecom.
